Went to Birkam yoga in just my underwear (everyone else was in speedos) and didn’t realize how much I would sweat….totally shrunk

You must’ve been quite the sight for whoever was behind you during downward dog… But let’s be honest, yoga’s the best when you do it in just your undies!
